Noncandidate Committee Filing System (“NCFS”) Login

The Noncandidate Committee Electronic Filing Form must be filed to obtain a username and password to log-in to the NCFS and NCFS Import System. The same username and password will be used to log-in to both systems.

The NCFS Import System has been discontinued effective April 9, 2024, and will no longer be accessible.
