For candidates who are not running in the 2026 election:

• Candidates who ran in 2022 or a prior election and are not running in 2026 (schedule does not go into effect until after the January 31, 2025 reporting deadline)
• Candidates who ran in 2024 and are not running in 2026

For candidates who are running in the 2028 election for the following offices:

• State Senate (Districts 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 12, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23 & 24)
• Honolulu Mayor
• Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney
• Honolulu City Council (Districts 1, 3, 5, 7 & 9)
• Hawaii Mayor
• Hawaii Prosecuting Attorney
• Kauai Prosecuting Attorney
• OHA (Hawaii, Kauai, Molokai, At-Large (1))
