Mahalo to Group 3 for making it through two rounds of parallel testing. When participating in round one, a few issues were found and flagged that were addressed in the interim and did not appear in round two. This highlights the reason for two rounds – to discover and correct the issues before going live. After going through parallel testing, and tailored training in between round one and round two, the staff from the University of Hawaii and Department of Education have a much better understanding of how the system works and how to manage the payroll process. With cooperation and understanding, Group 3 has progressed through the testing phase and found that their data is proving to be accurate. Time to get ready for implementation now.
