The service center can assist State employees with providing navigation guidance, password resets, getting a new bank/credit union established. Employees with questions regarding their earnings or receipt of documents such as paper checks or W-2 forms should contact their responsible department payroll office. Employees with questions on timesheets or leave requests should contact their local timekeeper/leave keeper.
