Access to New Online Payroll Services 

Just prior to scheduled deployments of the new PeopleSoft payroll system in 2018, State of Hawaii employees will be able to conduct transactions through the Hawaii Information Portal, a new online employee self-service tool.

The new Hawaii Information Portal will allow employees to:

  • access their pay statements;
  • add/change their address for payroll purposes;
  • manage direct deposits, i.e., bank assignments and credit union deductions;
  • update federal and state tax forms/withholdings;
  • manage emergency contact information; and
  • access their W2 forms (starting January 2019).

Just before the launch of the new system, employees will receive helpful training, handouts and instructions. Support will be available to employees as needed.
