The election is over, am I still required to file disclosure reports with the Commission?
Posted inYes, as long as you are registered with the Commission, you are required to continue filing disclosure reports. During the non-election years, two (2) Supplemental Reports are required to be filed.
You will find the reporting deadlines here: https://ags.hawaii.gov/campaign/cc/cc-reporting-schedules/.
