I intend to run for office in the next election. Can I carry over my surplus campaign funds?
Posted inIf you intend to run for office in the next election and want to carry over your campaign funds, you must file an amended Organizational Report on the Candidate Filing System. This applies to candidates who failed to be nominated or elected to office who will be running again and candidates who are elected to office who will be running again for a different office to which they were elected and includes term-limited candidates.
