Campaign Spending Commission

Please be informed that the following Commission electronic filing systems will be down and offline for system maintenance on Thursday, November 13, 2025 and Friday, November 14, 2025, so please plan accordingly:

1) Candidate Filing System (“CFS”)
2) Noncandidate Committee Filing System (“NCFS”)

During this downtime, new candidate and noncandidate committees will not be able to electronically file the Organizational Report to register with the Commission, and currently registered candidate and noncandidate committees will not be able to enter campaign spending data (i.e., contributions and expenditures) and electronically file disclosure reports or any other reports in the CFS and NCFS.

Also, campaign spending reports filed by candidate committees and noncandidate committees will not be accessible on the CFS and NCFS public sites during this downtime. The data visualizations and searchable database for candidate and noncandidate committees will however still be accessible during this downtime.
