Candidate Committees That Failed To File Or Correct A Report

The Campaign Spending Commission is hereby publishing the names of candidate and candidate committees who have failed to file or correct the following reports:

  1. ORGANIZATIONAL REPORT
  2. DISCLOSURE REPORT OR LATE CONTRIBUTIONS REPORT

1. Organizational Report

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §11-322(c), the Commission is required to publish on its website the names of all candidates who have failed to file the organizational report or correct the organizational report within two weeks after the Commission provides a notice to correct.

The following candidate(s) has/have failed to file the Organizational Report within ten days of filing nomination papers or within ten days of receiving contributions or making or incurring expenditures of more than $100 in the aggregate during the applicable election period, whichever was earlier:

2. Disclosure Report or Late Contributions Report

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §11-340(f) the Commission is required to publish on its website the names of all candidate committees that have failed to file a report or correct a report within two weeks from the notice to correct provided by the commission.
