Campaign Spending Commission

The Campaign Spending Commission is hereby publishing the names of noncandidate committees who have failed to file or correct the following reports:

1. ORGANIZATIONAL REPORT
2. DISCLOSURE REPORT

1. Organizational Report

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §11-323(c), the Commission is required to publish on its website the names of all noncandidate committees who have failed to file the organizational report or correct the organizational report within two weeks after the Commission provides a notice to correct.

Failure To File Organizational Report

The following noncandidate committee(s) has/have failed to file the Organizational Report within ten days of receiving contributions or making or incurring expenditures of more than $500, in the aggregate, in a two-year election period, or within two days of receiving contributions or making or incurring expenditures of more than $500, in the aggregate, in a two-year election period if it is within thirty (30) days prior to an election:

2. Disclosure Report

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §11-340(f) the Commission is required to publish on its website the names of all noncandidate committees that have failed to file a disclosure report or correct a disclosure report within two weeks from the notice to correct provided by the commission.
