The following checklist is provided to ensure that all requirements have been met before an Application for Public Funds is filed:

  1. File Statement of Intent to Seek Public Funds (Form CC-4)
  2. File Affidavit to Voluntarily Agree with Campaign Expenditure Limits (Form CC-2)
  3. File nomination papers
  4. Qualified opponent filed nomination papers
  5. All reports have been filed and there are no fines owed to the Hawaii Election Campaign Fund
  6. Collect minimum qualifying contribution amount established for respective office
