State of Hawaii Agency Contacts for PeopleSoft Payroll Deployment

Why is the HawaiiPay Project asking for your agency’s contacts?

Agency contacts are needed to ensure a smooth deployment of the State of Hawaii’s new PeopleSoft payroll system. As a HawaiiPay contact, you will receive critical project information related to deployment for your agency that is specific to your subject matter (HR, Payroll, or IT), including but not limited to notifications for upcoming training, communication tool kits for your organization, and specific instructions necessary for the on-time deployment of PeopleSoft.  For example:

  • The Payroll Lead will be a point of contact for business process questions on how to process payroll from your agency’s payroll users, and assist in coordinating training activities for payroll users.
  • The IT Lead will be a point of contact for the HawaiiPay project related to the establishment of the Hawaii Information Portal logons and the security of such information.
  • The Human Resource Lead will be a point of contact for business process questions from your agency’s human resource personnel, and assist in coordinating training activities for human resource users.

This information is requested by 12/15/2017.  Your assistance with the submission of this information is greatly appreciated!

Instructions: Each State of Hawaii agency should submit three forms using the web form below — one from each of their contacts:

  1. A Payroll Lead
  2. An IT Lead
  3. A Human Resource Lead

  • If you do not see your agency or department listed, please contact Jennifer Jerviss-Apo at [email protected].
