Effective 1/1/2019, AXWAY will no longer be utilized by the State of Hawaii for the transmission of payroll files. Users have been transitioned to the Secure File Transmission Protocol (sFTP) for the Hawaii Information Portal. To request assistance with sFTP credentials, you can contact the service center at 808-201-SERV (7378) (Oahu) or [email protected]. The phone lines will be staffed from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays.
At any time, you can leave a voice message or send an email. You should expect to receive a response within one business day during the week or the first business day after a weekend or holiday. Complete resolution of the questions or issues may take longer depending on complexity.
