Employees can contact the HIP Service Center at (808) 201-SERV (7378) from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding State observed holidays).

The Service Center is able to assist active users with providing navigation guidance, password resets for employees without @hawaii.gov email accounts, and unlocking user account profiles for Executive Branch employees with @hawaii.gov email accounts.

Department of Education (DOE) employees must contact the DOE help desk at 808-564-6000 for assistance with their HIP user accounts.

Employees with questions regarding their earnings or pay documents (for example, pay checks and W-2 forms) must contact their respective department’s payroll office.  For questions regarding timesheets or leave requests, employees must contact their local Timekeeper/Leave Keeper.  They may also send an email to  [email protected] for additional assistance or information, including any direct deposit issues that user may be experiencing.
