If you have been issued a Hawaii Information Portal (HIP) logon letter and cannot remember your password, you can use the “forgot my password” feature on the logon page to obtain a new temporary password. HIP will prompt you to change your temporary password upon your next login.
If you need help resetting your logon to the system, please contact the HIP Service Center at (808) 201-SERV [7378] or [email protected]. If you have a valid State of Hawaii-issued email address, the HIP Service Center will be able to issue you a new logon letter electronically. If you do not have a valid State of Hawaii-issued email address, you must furnish the name and address of your Human Resources contact an the HIP Service Center will mail your letter to your Human Resources contact for secure delivery to you.
