Authorized Payroll and Human Resources Stafff may submit a ticket for assistance.
Depending on the Request Type and Function, the ticket will be routed to one or more branches of the DAGS Accounting Division or the Office of Enterprise Technology Services, Enterprise Systems Branch. Tickets will be answered in the order they’re received, and according to their priority, including the number of users affected by a reported issue. For tickets concerning Payroll issues or questions, the Central Payroll Office’s responses may be delayed on days when State Payroll is being prepared.
