Accepted Proposals to Provide Title Insurance
The Hawaii Housing and Finance Development Corporation must make available for public inspection accepted proposals to provide title insurance and title reports to individuals purchasing their leased fee interests in their residential properties. These records were found not to constitute confidential commercial and financial information protected by the UIPA’s frustration of legitimate government function exception.
