RFP Rating Sheets
Rating sheets used by an agency to evaluate and score purchase of service request for proposals must be made available for public inspection and copying under the UIPA. Disclosure of the identities of agency employees who evaluated the RFP proposals would not constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
