Retirement Plans of Retired Employees

The Employees Retirement System (ERS) may not disclose the names of employees who elected to become class C members of the ERS before July 1, 1984 and would therefore be affected by legislation. The employees have a significant privacy interest in information revealing their chosen retirement plan, while disclosure of this information would reveal little about government conduct or activities.
