Building Code Violation Notices
Notices of Violation, which notify property owners that their property is in violation of county building, electrical, plumbing, zoning, or housing codes, must be available for public inspection and copying. The disclosure of such notices would not result in the frustration of the legitimate government function of law enforcement.
