Unfiled Senate Committee Reports
A Senate committee report that has not been submitted to the Senate Clerk for filing because a majority of the committee members did not endorse the committee report need not be made available for public inspection and copying under section 92F-13(5), Hawaii Revised Statutes, because it is an unfiled committee report.
