Vacation and Sick Leave Records of Agency Employees
The public may inspect and copy the vacation and sick leave records of public employees since the employees’ privacy interest in these records is outweighed by the public interest in disclosure. Information concerning an employee’s medical condition, treatment, or diagnosis should be segregated from the records before they are publicly disclosed.
