Names of Persons Serving on University Search Committee
The names of employees serving on a university search committee are public. In addition, the job titles, departments, training, and experience of the search committee members must be publicly available under section 92F-12(a)(14), Hawaii Revised Statutes. Also, the academic fields of the search committee members must be disclosed since this information is ascertainable from information already made public under the UIPA.
