Aloha Tower Development Proposals
Development proposals submitted to the Aloha Tower Development Corporation in response to a Request for Proposals are confidential until such time as the corporation has negotiated a long-term lease with the successful developer to avoid giving the other developers a manifestly unfair advantage.
