State of Hawaii Enterprise Financial System

At this time the Enterprise Financial System (EFS) Project team, along with over 120 subject matter experts (SMEs) and scoring committee members, have completed their initial training sessions and are working diligently to review vendor proposals submitted in support of the new EFS.

Given the scale and complexity of this statewide modernization effort, the EFS Project team has engaged professionals from across the State of Hawaii’s executive branch to help thoroughly evaluate the proposed solutions. Their expertise and insights will be critical in selecting the vendor that best meets the State’s business and technical needs.

Based on the feedback provided by SMEs, a shortlist of vendors will be invited in the coming months to present in-person demonstrations of their solutions to the EFS Project team, stakeholders, and project partners this fall. The demonstrations will provide State personnel with an opportunity to interact with each potential vendor and gain a comprehensive understanding of the respective systems and solutions they present.
