EFS Change Leader: Brenden Kinoshita

This spotlight features Brenden Kinoshita, Administrative Services Manager from the Department of the Attorney General.

Department of the Attorney General
Having served nearly 10 years with the State of Hawaii, Brenden brings a wealth of experience to his position as the Administrative Services Manager for the Department of the Attorney General (ATG), where he oversees all administrative and operational functions, including Human Resources, Fiscal, Budget, Procurement, IT, and Facilities.
Prior to joining ATG, Brenden began his career in local government as a Committee Clerk for the Hawaii State Legislature’s House of Representatives, followed by positions in both the Financial Administration and Budget, Program Planning, and Management divisions of the Department of Budget and Finance.
Born and raised on ‘The Valley Isle,’ Brenden is a proud graduate of Kamehameha Schools Maui Campus and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government as well as a Master of Public Administration from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
