ALERT:  A statewide system upgrade conducted by the State of Hawai‘i’s Office of Enterprise Technology Services will take the Candidate Committee Electronic Filing System (“CFS”) and the Noncandidate Committee Electronic Filing System (“NCFS”) completely offline on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 between 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Committees will not be able to submit report filings or amendments, and the public will not be able to view reports during this shutdown.  If services are restored before 4:30 p.m., we will immediately issue an e-blast to subscribers and post an update on our website at https://ags.hawaii.gov/campaign/.  Please plan accordingly.  Mahalo for your patience and understanding!
