Candidate Committee

A change to a chairperson or treasurer requires a new “Candidate Committee Electronic Filing Form” to be signed by the candidate and the newly appointed chairperson and/or treasurer.  The Commission will enter the name of your new chairperson and/or treasurer on the Organizational Report when all Electronic Filing Forms are received.  Your committee will then be responsible for updating the contact information of the new chairperson and/or treasurer on the Organizational Report and electronically filing an amended Organizational Report online within 10 days of the change.

Noncandidate Committee

A change to a chairperson or treasurer requires a new “Noncandidate Committee Electronic Filing Form” to be signed by the chairperson and treasurer regardless of whether that person is newly appointed or not.  The Commission will enter the name of your new chairperson and/or treasurer on the Organizational Report when all Electronic Filing Forms are received.  Your committee will then be responsible for updating the contact and other information of the new chairperson and/or treasurer on the Organizational Report and electronically filing an amended Organizational Report online within 10 days of the change.
