As a dynamic leader and strategic thinker, Ellis Natalie brings two decades of experience in the healthcare industry to her role as a Management Analyst VI with the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS), Systems Accounting Branch (SAB).

As a Management Analyst VI, Ellis supports the Enterprise Financial System (EFS)
Project by guiding business functionality owners through operational changes and coordinating cross-functional teams to implement the State of Hawaii’s new financial system.
Before joining DAGS, Ellis held mid-level management roles at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, the only Level I trauma center in Hawaii and the Pacific, where she oversaw supply chain operations and logistics. Her work focused on executing strategic supply chain initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business processes, integrating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) into the supply chain operations workflows, and overseeing spend management to support the hospital’s operational goals.
Driven by a passion for learning, Ellis holds an MBA from Hawai‘i Pacific University, a Bachelor of Science in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, and most recently, a second Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, and Visualization from Chaminade University.
