A seasoned IT and project management professional, Greg serves as the Program Manager for the Hawaii Modernization (HIMOD) Section within the Office of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS).

“Hawaii is my home, and I’m proud to use my project management background to serve my community. It’s fulfilling to contribute to a large-scale modernization effort that puts Hawaii’s people first and helps transform our state for the better.”

In addition to his role in public service, he is the current President of the Hawaii Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), where he represents and supports more than 800 dedicated project professionals across the Aloha State.

Before joining the State of Hawaii, Greg held impactful roles such as Program Manager at Volta Charging in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he led key data and cybersecurity initiatives, and Senior IT Project Manager at HEMIC, a local insurance carrier.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Greg is a proud alumnus of Saint Louis School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
