State of Hawaii Enterprise Financial System

On Tuesday, February 11, the Enterprise Financial System (EFS) Project team hosted its first EFS Bring Your Own Bento (BYOB) Lunch Session at the Kalanimoku Building. During this initial session, State of Hawaii personnel from across the executive branch enjoyed their lunch while listening to project updates from Keith Regan, Comptroller of DAGS, and Greg Dalin, HIMOD Program Manager.

Attendees were then invited to ask questions and engage in discussions regarding the following topics:

• Addressing additional staffing needs
• EFS Project timeline and activities associated with each phase
• Ongoing training and support for departmental staff
• Opportunities for testing the new system
• Updating job roles and responsibilities to ensure alignment with the new EFS

Additional EFS BYOB Lunch Sessions will be held monthly throughout the year, offering all State personnel the opportunity to receive important information and engage with the EFS Project team.
