With over a decade of experience in project and program management across commercial and federal sectors, Grace brings a wealth of experience to her new role as Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager for the Department of Accounting and General Services’ (DAGS) Business Transformation Office (BTO). Grace’s passion for OCM is driven by her expertise in process improvement, communications, and strategic planning.
Before joining DAGS, Grace led transformative initiatives for federal agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Championing a people-first approach, Grace blends change management with human-centered design to foster collaboration and co-create solutions with internal teams and stakeholders.
Grace earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prosci Change Practitioner.
