State of Hawaii Enterprise Financial System

On Thursday, February 13, 2025, the EFS Project team officially kicked-off the EFS Readiness Assessment with Gartner as the selected vendor. As an initial step, Gartner has begun interviewing stakeholders at various levels within the State of Hawaii to gain further insights into existing needs, processes, and challenges.

The EFS Readiness Assessment aims to evaluate the State of Hawaii’s organizational, infrastructure, and data environments to identify potential gaps and risks ahead of implementing the new Enterprise Financial System (EFS).  The findings will aid in developing a strategic plan to strengthen the State’s readiness for a smooth transition.
