After establishing a successful career in the military, the private sector and various local government agencies, Shelley continues to bring over 20 years of leadership experience to her role as HIMOD Project Manager.

“The EFS team is doing important work that will transform the State of Hawaii’s business operations and its ability to serve our community better,” said Shelley. “I’m honored to be part of this monumental modernization effort.”

Before joining ETS, Shelley worked for State departments such as the Department of Education and the Department of Health, where she was responsible for leading various IT and project management initiatives.
