Advisory: Active Bees on ʻIolani Palace Grounds

Posted on Sep 19, 2019 in HSA News

Aloha!

Please take caution this afternoon when venturing onto ʻIolani Palace Grounds. The ewa/west side of the grounds, by the Barracks, has an active bee hive with aggressive bees, visitors should try to avoid. The gates of ʻIolani Palace Grounds will be locked except for the Diamond Head/east gate, across from the Hawaii State Public Library. We are still open to the public, operating our usual business hours.

Mahalo and e kala mai ʻoukou iā mākou for this inconvenience.
